We are looking for Local Small Businesses to join us at our fourth Wellness Forum Event!

Located at Sky Hangar in Pitt Meadows, BC! This exciting venue for our event allows us to have FOOD and TATTOO which was highly requested at our previous events!

  • For our vendor selection at The Wellness Forum we prioritize vendors that fall into one or more of these categories: Wellness, Well-Being, Health, Mental Health, Yoga, Fitness. If you do not fit into these categories but see fit, we encourage you to still apply, as we look for variety for our guests to enjoy. We believe in people going after their passion, which is exactly what a small business owner is doing & we want to support that! We accept a few vendors outside of our main categories.

    We select vendors based on fit and variety for our event. We prioritize vendors that offer an interactive component at their booth.

  • We value long-lasting relationships. We highly value each of our vendors, local entrepreneurs and people in our community. We provide continuous support to our vendors and exclusive options for future events and partnerships. As a vendor for The Wellness Forum, you will become a part of the Soul Self Community and contribute to our ripple effect of making an impact on Well-Being and Mental Health.

  • 10x4 Ft $165.00 CAD + tax

    7 x4 Ft $125.00 CAD + tax

    Power: If you need power, you will have to get a 10x4 booth (due to location of the booths)

    We encourage our vendors to work with their neighbours to adjust space at the event if needed.

  • $75 CAD + tax to have your logo included on the official Wellness Forum Tote Bag. Must have an .ai file of your logo, if you don’t have this we offer logo digitization for only $25.

  • We offer the options of 5x professional digital photos of your booth/products (whatever you choose) on the day of the event for only $30 CAD.

  • Leading up to the event, we’ll be offering a big ticket giveaway on The Wellness Forum Instagram. We offer the options for your business/product/service to be included in a giveaway post & individually featured on our IG story.
