The Wellness Forum will run 10 Yoga + Fitness Classes/Workshops/Lectures. We are looking for experts to lead a 30-minute class.

The opportunity.

    Class Hours: 10:15am-5:45pm

  • We have a wide-range of guests that attend the classes at The Wellness Forum. We have your wellness-lovers, yoga & fitness enthusiasts, even teachers participate in classes, but we also have guests that have may have never done a class before and could be their very first time trying a certain style.

    With our “Unlimited Class Ticket” we allow guests to casually choose which classes they attend and guests often end up at the event and join in for a class they may not have expected. Due to this, it’s hard to know exactly how many people will be in attendance. It could range from 20 to 50.

    A special story from our last event: We had a mom who attended with her whole family that had never attended a group class before or tried yoga. She ended up participating in multiple classes including yoga, boxing and dance. Due to this event, it sparked her interest and she has consistently been attending yoga classes ever since! Amazing!

  • To lead a fitness/yoga class we require that you have a valid certificate of your expertise. Teaching insurance is required.

    Speakers - we look to see your background, education and experience in your topic.

    We choose our teachers and speakers based on:

    • Variety of classes for our schedule

    • Unique topics/style

    • Classes that compliment the event & schedule

    • Expertise in your class/topic

  • On our Social Media we do a special class feature to announce your class. We tag any social accounts you may have, include a photo of you and can include a bio about you with a description for your offering.

  • We value you as a Contractor and do our best to honour your contractor rate. We compensate your desired rate based on your education, experience and offering.

  • A new offering! We will give you a discount code that your friends/family/audience can use to receive 15% off their event ticket. You will receive an 8% commission.

    General Admission $0.68

    1 Class + Marketplace $1.77

    Unlimited Classes + Marketplace $2.72

    VIP Package #1 (Mat + Tote) $4.01

  • You are welcome to put 100 business cards in the tote bags going out at our event.

  • We encourage you to participate in other classes, all the event activities and connect with the vendors. This is a curated group of wellness-professionals and local small businesses that create a great opportunity for networking.
